Purchase Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

These terms apply to the Readable English Premium Reading Transformation Program, a comprehensive 24-month program consisting of three phases: Phase 1 (In-Person Power-Up Foundation), Phase 2 (Virtual Tutoring), and Phase 3 (Dynamic Practice).

Payment & Registration

Registration Requirements

• Full payment required upon registration to secure enrollment

• Limited enrollment of 25 students per cohort

• Registration deadline must be met for cohort placement

• Students must be 8+ years of age to participate

Pricing

• 2 Days per Week Package: $1,710

• 3 Days per Week Package: $2,310

• All prices are final and include all three program phases as described

Session Policies

Phase 1 (In-Person Power-Up Session)

• Scheduling: In-person session must be completed within 30 days of program start date

• Location: Sessions held in or near Walnut Creek, CA (specific location provided upon enrollment)

• Duration: 3-hour intensive session

• Rescheduling: Must provide 48-hour advance notice for rescheduling

• No-shows: Failure to attend without proper notice may result in forfeiture of session

Phase 2 (Virtual Tutoring Sessions)

• Session Length: 25 minutes per session via Zoom

• Frequency: 2x or 3x per week based on selected package (48-72 total sessions over 6 months)

• Cancellation Policy: 24-hour advance notice required for cancellations

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice, subject to tutor availability

• No-shows: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are considered forfeited

• Makeup Sessions: Up to 4 makeup sessions allowed per month for properly cancelled sessions

• Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection and Zoom capability required (student responsibility)

Phase 3 (App Access)

• Duration: 18-month mobile app license begins after Phase 2 completion

• Extensions: App access may be extended for up to 2 additional months at $50/month

• Device Requirements: Compatible mobile device required (not provided)

Program Extensions & Modifications

Phase Extensions

• Phase 2 may be extended beyond 6 months for up to 2 additional months at $200/month for 2-day package or $300/month for 3-day package

• Phase 3 app access may be extended as noted above

• All extensions must be requested before current phase expires

Schedule Changes

• Package downgrades (3-day to 2-day) allowed within first 2 weeks with $200 processing fee

• Package upgrades available anytime by paying the difference

• Schedule changes subject to tutor availability

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Program Cancellation

• Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund minus $100 processing fee

• After Phase 1 completion: No refund for remaining phases

• During Phase 2: Prorated refund for unused sessions, minus completed phase costs

• Phase 3: No refunds for app access once activated

Partial Cancellations

• Individual phases cannot be cancelled separately

• Medical withdrawals considered on case-by-case basis with documentation

Student Progress & Performance

Assessment & Monitoring

• Regular progress monitoring and data tracking included

• Parent progress reports provided monthly during Phase 2

• Performance concerns addressed through additional support consultations

Program Completion

• Students expected to complete all three phases for optimal results

• Certificates of completion provided for each phase

• Final assessment report provided at program conclusion

Terms & Conditions

Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance required for program effectiveness

• Excessive absences may result in program dismissal without refund

• Minimum 80% attendance rate expected in Phase 2

Code of Conduct

• Students and families expected to maintain respectful communication

• Disruptive behavior may result in program termination without refund

• Tutors reserve right to end sessions early for inappropriate conduct

Technology & Materials

• All necessary digital materials provided (ie. computer, headphones, microphone)

• Physical materials for Phase 1 included

• Families responsible for reliable internet and device access

Limitation of Liability

• Results may vary by individual student

• No guarantee of specific reading level improvements

• Program designed for students 8+ years with typical learning capabilities

Force Majeure

• Program delivery may be modified due to circumstances beyond our control

• Alternative delivery methods will be provided when possible

• No refunds for delivery method changes due to external circumstances

Contact & Support

• Customer support available during business hours

• Emergency session support provided for technical issues

• Program questions addressed within 24 hours

By enrolling in the Readable English Premium Reading Transformation Program, families agree to all terms and conditions outlined above. These terms are subject to modification with 30-day written notice.
