Location: Position is remote however Northern California is preferred

Salary Range: $75k-$90K/yr

Position Summary

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Readable English, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our educational technology products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement through various digital channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity to effectively reach and engage our target audience. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across various digital channels including but not limited to:
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
  • Social media marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Content marketing
  • Influencer partnerships
  • Affiliate marketing

2. Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, ensuring optimization for maximum ROI and performance.


3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including website traffic, conversion rates, user engagement, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Utilize data insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.

4. Manage the company's social media presence and develop content calendars for various platforms to drive engagement, followership, and brand awareness.

5. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant digital content including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, education technology, and the broader education industry. Leverage insights to innovate and refine marketing strategies.

7. Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.

8. Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and opportunities for collaboration with influencers, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand reach and drive growth.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing roles with a focus on user acquisition, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
