      Website is Slow

      Before reporting a slow website, please ensure the problem is not on your end.

      Use a freely available internet speed testing website such as https://www.speedtest.net/ to determine if your internet connection speed is compromised.


        • Write down your “ping”, “upload” and “download” numbers. 

        • Attempt to view a youtube video directly from youtube. If you can’t stream a youtube video directly from youtube, your internet connection is at fault. 

      Check your wi-fi connection
        • If you are connected via Wi-Fi, is the signal strength strong?
