Blocked websites by your router/firewall
If you are able to log in to the website and view pages but the videos are not playing, the most likely cause is that youtube.com or vimeo.com has been blocked by your router/firewall.
- Please run a compatibility report on the affected computer. This will include checks for YouTube, Vimeo, and Readable English video servers.
After running the compatibility report and the issue remains, please click on the ? button located at the top of the Learning Portal page to submit a Support Ticket.
